With the the phased return of sport and recreation in England Updated 25 May 2020, one to one sessions can take place now outside with social distancing in place. So if you are looking to make a start at getting into shape contact me and we can make suitably adapted arrangements totally respecting all rules and guidance. All kit is sanitised before sessions and sanitiser gel is available in every session.

My name is Alyson and I am an Active IQ qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Active IQ qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor Qualified Kettlebell Instructor and nutritional advisor all of which I studied for at Bournemouth University. I am a passionate cyclist and fitness professional who can provide personalised fitness programs designed to motivate you to reach and maintain your health and fitness goals. I have first hand experience dealing with strength training for cyclists which can boost your power output and also reduce and eliminate knee and back pain. Whatever your fitness goals are I can provide specific training plans and workout structures to achieve them.
